Domenica 10 ottobre le lezioni proposte agli allievi della nostra scuola di formazione, saranno aperte con contributo a chiunque voglia partecipare per approfondire alcune tematiche o per conoscerci meglio e valutare l’iscrizione alla scuola.

il sistema cardiocircolatorio: anatomia, fisiologia e studi scientifici degli effetti dello yoga sul sistema cardiocircolatorio

Patanjali: i primi 10 sutra.

pranayama: studi su respirazione e metabolismo
